Hello, my name is Mathis. I’m the founder of KARYMOS, and I’d like to share our story with you.
It All Started With My Father
KARYMOS was born from a deeply personal experience.
When my father underwent prostate surgery at just 54 years old, the operation itself was a success.
What followed was not.
In the months after surgery, he suffered from severe urinary leakage. The products he tried didn’t work.
The so-called “absorbent” solutions couldn’t handle his needs — and none of them respected who he was as a man.
What hurt the most wasn’t the condition itself.
It was watching his confidence slowly disappear.
The real impact
My father refused adult diapers — out of pride, modesty, and fear of losing his masculinity.
He tried several absorbent boxers. None of them held up against strong leaks.
Little by little, he gave up the things he loved:
- He stopped exercising, even though sport had always been part of his life
- He avoided going out
- He withdrew socially
The breaking point came when my stepmother left him.
There were many reasons, of course.
But his incontinence — and everything it had taken from him — was one of them.
That’s when I understood the truth:
Urinary incontinence doesn’t just affect the body.
It destroys confidence, dignity, relationships, and social life.

That’s why I decided to create KARYMOS.
Not a diaper disguised as underwear.
Not a weak “absorbent” boxer that fails under pressure.
But a real men’s boxer:

- And made to feel like normal underwear — not a medical product
I spent weeks testing, developing, adjusting, and starting over.
It was difficult.
But I didn’t give up.
